Idr89 Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the idr89 platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you automatically accept and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with idr89's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Acceptance of these terms is all-or-nothing. You cannot choose to accept certain terms while rejecting others. If you disagree with any part of this document, you must not register for or continue using the idr89 platform.

Account Information Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

To protect platform security and comply with industry best practices, idr89 reserves the right to conduct KYC checks on any account. This may require you to submit documents such as your MyKad, utility bill, or latest bank statement. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawals being placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within seconds. Deposits via FPX and DuitNow typically take 1 to 5 minutes, depending on your bank's response. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours on standard business days.

Transaction Fees

Bonus Terms of Use

Sports Betting & E-Sports

• Bets are valid once confirmed by the idr89 system. Successful bet slips will receive a unique reference number.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final — no changes are permitted after that point.
• For matches that are cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, all bets will be fully refunded to the account balance.
• Live betting markets for the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports titles such as MLBB and Dota 2 are subject to real-time odds changes.

Casino & Slots

• All slots games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The outcome of every spin is completely random.
• Technical disruptions during a gaming session — if caused by an issue on idr89's end — will be resolved based on the transaction history recorded in the system.
• Idr89 is not liable for any disruptions caused by internet or device issues on the player's end.

Live Casino

• Live casino game results are determined by real dealers on camera in real time and are final.
• In the event of a connection disruption during a live casino game, accounts will be credited or debited based on idr89's server records.

To protect the integrity of the platform and ensure fairness for all players, idr89 strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity or false information.
• Multiple Account Ownership: Holding more than one active account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing betting limits.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the idr89 support team via live chat or email at support@idr89.my. Once the request has been processed, any valid balance (cash balance, not bonus balance) will be returned to the player within 5 business days via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

Appeals

• Idr89 is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting activity — winning and losing are both part of gambling.
• Idr89 is not liable for service disruptions caused by third parties, including internet service providers, payment providers, or power supply failures.
• Idr89's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit value held in the player's account at the time of the incident.
